Welcome to Rai - AI Stylist & Wardrobe. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile
application you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License
Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This agreement is between you and Rai. These terms govern your use of the AI-powered styling
services, wardrobe management features, and the community platform provided within the
App.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Safety
Rai allows users to upload photos, create fashion looks, and share content with the
community. To ensure a safe experience for all users, you must comply with our
Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content:
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload or share content that is pornographic,
violent, hateful, defamatory, promotes illegal activity, or involves harassment and
bullying.
- Moderation & Enforcement: Rai reserves the right (but is not obligated) to
monitor all UGC. We may remove any content that, in our sole judgment, violates
these terms.
- Reporting & Blocking: The App provides built-in tools for users to Report
objectionable content and Block abusive users.
- 24-Hour Action: Rai will review all reports and take action within 24 hours.
Action includes the immediate removal of the offending content and the potential
suspension or permanent ejection of the user responsible for the content.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Rai offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., "Rai Basic" and "Rai
Pro").
- Subscription Cycles: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis,
as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at the confirmation
of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is
turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by
going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
- Cancellation: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing
cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining portion of an active subscription
period.
- Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial will
be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication.
4. AI Styling Disclaimer
Rai uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to provide fashion advice and wardrobe suggestions.
- Informational Purpose: AI suggestions are for inspiration and informational
purposes only. Rai does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or availability of
any clothing items suggested.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any fashion choices,
clothing purchases, or lifestyle decisions made based on the App's AI output.
5. Licenses & Intellectual Property
- License Grant: Rai grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use the App on Apple-branded products.
- Ownership: All App code, branding, logos, and AI-generated styling logic remain
the exclusive property of Rai.
- Your Content: By posting content to the community, you grant Rai a worldwide,
royalty-free license to display that content to other users within the App
environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rai is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rai and
its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages
resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rai operates, and any
disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
