Uploading is simple — tap the "+" button on your Wardrobe tab and either take a photo or choose one from your gallery. Our AI automatically removes the background, detects the clothing category (shirt, pants, shoes, etc.), identifies the dominant colors, and places the item in the right section of your digital wardrobe. The entire process takes just a few seconds. You can upload individual items or multiple items at once using bulk upload.

The AI Stylist analyzes your entire wardrobe and combines multiple signals to suggest outfits — your stated occasion (office, party, vacation, etc.), the current weather at your location, your personal style preferences, color combinations, and seasonal trends. It learns from your choices over time, improving recommendations the more you use it. Simply tell it where you're going and it handles the rest, showing you complete outfit suggestions ready to wear.

Yes! When you browse the Community feed and discover outfits you love, you can save them directly to your Lookbook. Your Lookbook is a dedicated collection that is completely separate from your personal wardrobe — it keeps inspiration from other creators neatly organized without mixing with your own items. You can also save individual items you admire to your Moodboard for future style planning.

Absolutely! The Virtual Try-On feature lets you upload a clear selfie (front-facing, good lighting works best) and then select any clothing item from your wardrobe to see how it would look on you. Our AI renders the clothing realistically onto your photo. This works for tops, dresses, jackets, and more. You can save or share the result directly from the try-on screen.

Yes — this is the "Style a Friend" feature! Search for a friend on Rai, open their wardrobe (they need to have their wardrobe set to allow friend styling), and use the Studio Canvas to put together a complete outfit using their actual clothing items. Once you're happy with the look, tap Share and they'll receive a push notification with your styled creation. It's a fun, personal way to connect through fashion.

Rai uses your device's location to fetch the current and forecasted weather for your area each morning. The AI then scans your wardrobe and suggests items appropriate for the temperature, conditions (rain, sun, wind, snow), and time of day. For example, on a rainy 15°C morning it might suggest a light waterproof jacket, dark jeans, and ankle boots from your actual items. Recommendations update automatically as weather changes throughout the day.

When you create a Trip and assign outfits to specific days of your itinerary, Rai automatically generates a smart packing checklist. It compiles every clothing item assigned across all your trip days, removes duplicates, and presents a clean list of exactly what to pack. You'll also receive a push notification reminder the day before your trip starts so you have time to prepare. Check items off the list as you pack them.

Yes — every item you upload is automatically organized by our AI. It detects the clothing category (tops, bottoms, footwear, accessories, etc.), the dominant colors, and the season it's best suited for. Your wardrobe is then sorted into these categories automatically so you can filter by type, color, season, or brand at any time. You can also manually re-categorize or tag any item if you prefer a custom organization system.
